Today I celebrate 61 years on this earth, filled with gratitude and thankful for Life.
As i reflect on this journey, here is what life has taught me:
1οΈβ£Β Protect your peace.Β Not everyone deserves access to your energy.
2οΈβ£Β Self-love is survival.Β Pour into yourself first, everything else flows from there.
3οΈβ£Β Growth is uncomfortable, but necessary.Β Every challenge reshaped me into a stronger, wiser version of myself.
4οΈβ£Β Letting go is a superpower!Β Β Release what weighs you down so you can rise.
5οΈβ£Β Healing takes time.Β Be patient with yourself; grace is a gift you must give yourself daily.
6οΈβ£Β Faith will carry you when strength feels limited.Β Trust Godβs timing, He has never failed me yet.
7οΈβ£Β Joy is intentional.Β Create moments that feed your soul, do not wait for them.
8οΈβ£Β Your story has purpose.Β Everything youβve survived becomes someone elseβs roadmap to hope.
At 61, I stand rooted, grateful, and more aligned than ever with who I am and what I am called to do. My journey has not been perfect, but it has been powerful.

Review on Workshop – Nov 16th 2024.
Today, the PTA Executive Team of Mt Lambert RC Primary School participated in a transformative Rejuvenation and Reconnection Workshop, facilitated by the insightful Ms. Michelle-Nichola Cockburn. The session was both motivational and deeply thought-provoking, emphasizing the importance of self-care and personal upliftment.
The pointers and questions Michelle presented were perfectly tailored to address the needs of our team at this time, encouraging meaningful reflection and growth. The atmosphere she cultivated was warm and inviting, allowing team members to feel safe and supported as they shared their thoughts and experiences.
Michelleβs guidance and advice resonated with everyone, fostering open dialogue and a sense of connection within the group. The workshop was a refreshing and impactful experience, leaving us inspired to carry forward the lessons learned for both our personal well-being and our collective mission as a team.
