There are so many demands placed on women: family, work, house chores and other commitments. Quite frankly, we feel we can do it all.
At this juncture, we begin to feel overwhelmed and doubt our own capabilities to continue.
There have been times when I was forced to take a step back and recalibrate. Whether I chose to read a book, watch a funny movie or listen to music, these activities helped me to Relax, Refresh and Recharge.
