Alignment

Have you ever had to visit a chiropractor?

A chiropractor is a practitioner who diagnosis and manipulates the treatment of misaligned  joints.

You see there are many times we are removed from situations or positions and we ask why. The thing is, if your destiny is not to be in that position or situation or you feel uncomfortable but cannot put your finger on it, know that your gut is sending you a message. Understand that your removal was part of the plan in fulfilling your purpose.

The message may come in many forms: sickness, loss of job, anxiety or depression but know that you are in control of YOU!

It is in these times that you quiet the mind and focus on the emotions and feelings as the message is being revealed. However, if you are experiencing severe anxiety or depression please seek professional help.

Often times we busy ourselves so as to not experience these emotions, but it is critical to go through the process as it allows you the opportunity to align your body and mind.

When the chiropractor realigns your body, you feel better but he or she tells you the treatment plan: relax for a few days, let the body heal, do your stretches, take a walk, use a cold compress or a hot bag etc, there is always a treatment plan.

The positions or situations we face does not define your destiny. Know your worth and follow your gut. Your body and mind must be aligned in fulfilling your purpose.

As you begin 2022, align yourself with your visions and goals, feel every emotion that surfaces and understand the WHY. Find your purpose because your God given gift is waiting on you to fulfil your destiny.

If you are struggling to find your WHY, let me help you through this process. Reach out to us at: wo.mentowo.menservices@gmail.com to schedule an appointment and I will be more than happy to share a few techniques.
